even if the front line of the flickr-staff are the poor ones, standing between two fronts – i don’t believe that they couldn’n have imagined that sort of thing, not after the ongoings in flickr-discussions lately (old-skool, deletion of photos and such).
time for yahoo germany to do something.

Yeah, there was quite a bit of actions on the side of Flickr that were rather not so clever. But then I try to think what I would have done in their places and I can’t come up with a much better answer.
