I walked to the bakery yesterday. And back. My watch tells me I reached my exercise goal for the day.
Overjoyed I eat the donut I bought.
An hour later, that silly thing vibrates again. I should move around a bit. I walk to the kitchen to make a coffee and have some chocolate. Because why not.
My wrist is very enthusiastic about that.
I am not sure this works how it is supposed to.
Maybe the wrong things are getting incentivized here. But what do I know? I know that in one hour I get to have chocolate again.
