Try senior and hiring manager at 25, starts the hiring process (not hr) then leaves you to have 5 interviews all the way to C-level and “negotiate” terms with hr. 🤷♂️ Ask for details -> hr says: you should probably ask this to your going manager, the 25y guy. 😅
